PES staff has years of experience in developing and implementing energy management and conservation programs. PES can assist in developing budgets, targets and implementation strategies to get the most bang for the buck (kW and/or kWh reduction). PES was selected by the City of San Jose to develop the I.D.E.A.S. Program (Innovative Design and Efficiency Assessment Service) due to our proven expertise in energy management. The program allowed designers and builders to forecast various energy efficiency measures that they could incorporate into their designs and predict the value achieved in reduced operating expense.
